Nothing’s new phone, the CMF Phone 2 Pro, is coming to the market very soon, and there is already no shortage of interest among tech enthusiasts for its design and features. Nothing has confirmed that the phone will be officially launched in India on April 28. This phone will be unveiled under its own CMF sub-brand, and some important teasers have already been released.
The first thing that catches the eye about the phone’s design is its dual-tone back panel. The phone will be available in two colors, gray and orange. The orange color is CMF’s signature shade, which was also seen in previous phones. There are some screws attached to the back panel, which indicates that the panel may be removable and replaceable. What’s more surprising is that there is a point on the back of the phone where a card holder or lanyard can be attached, as was the case with the CMF Phone 1.
One of the features of the phone in terms of design is the hole-punch display with symmetrical borders. There are three cameras on the back—two vertically mounted and one on the side, with an LED flash below. One of the cameras on the phone is said to be using a 50-megapixel sensor, which is expected to give good performance in terms of taking pictures.
Nothing has been said that this phone will have the largest and brightest display of their brand. Although its price has not been revealed yet, it is considered a mid-budget phone.

In terms of performance, the CMF Phone 2 Pro will also be quite powerful. It will have a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, which will provide a faster processor and improved graphics performance compared to the previous version. This chip has a 6th-generation neural processing unit (NPU), through which the phone is able to handle 4.8 trillion operations per second.
Another special feature has been added to the phone, which is called Essential Key. Through this, the user will be able to directly access an AI-powered feature called Essential Space, which will make using the phone smarter.
All in all, the Nothing CMF Phone 2 Pro is going to be one of the most talked-about smartphones of this year in terms of design, performance, and AI features.
