Japan’s popular morning program King’s Brunch is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. The program, which started in April 1996, has long made Saturday mornings more lively and enjoyable for viewers. Now, Ayaka is joining that special milestone as the theme song. Her new song “OK! Go to it!” will be heard on the broadcast from April 4. Since the announcement, new interest has started to grow among fans.
The new song is not just a simple theme song, but it has a message of confidence, starting anew and pushing yourself beyond your limits. Ayaka conveys a feeling in this song where the biggest thing is not comparing yourself to others, but the power to surpass your previous position. According to her, even if the path is not perfect, you can move forward even in a little detour, but you can’t stop. This positive thinking is what makes “OK! Go to it!” stand out.
This collaboration is even more significant because 2026 is the 20th anniversary of Ayaka’s debut. So since King’s Brunch’s 30th anniversary and Ayaka’s 20th anniversary coincide in the same year, the whole matter is now under special discussion. Producer Naofumi Ogitani said that Ayaka’s strong voice, light melody and inspiring lyrics fit very naturally with this program. He believes that the new theme song will give viewers a more positive feeling at the beginning of the weekend.
Meanwhile, the Ayaka 20th Anniversary Premium Free Live will be held in Osaka on May 9, 2026. Details of this live will be announced later. In addition, the Ayaka 20th Anniversary Live Tour will run from September to November 2026. This big tour will include several important venues including Tokyo, Miyagi, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Okayama, Hiroshima, Nagano, Aichi, Osaka, Kyoto and Nippon Budokan. Pre-orders will start on April 1 at 12:00pm at Rochike.
Another big attraction is that a special voting project has started for the best album to be released this fall. Fans can vote for their favorite songs by visiting a special site. This voting period will continue until March 31. As a result, 2026 has now become a big celebration year for Ayaka, with a new theme song, Free Live, Live Tour, and best album.
All in all, this meeting of King’s Brunch’s 30th anniversary and Ayaka’s 20th anniversary is not just a music update, but it could become one of the most talked-about entertainment events of 2026.
