The incident took place on Saturday, November 16. Pori Moni and DA Tayeb went to inaugurate a showroom at Jamuna Future Park. However, Porimoni arrived much later than the scheduled time. There was a crowd of spectators there to see her presence. However, trying to handle this crowd, the showroom authorities did not allow anyone to enter inside. There, she pointed her finger at the organizers. She wrote, “How can I feel respected where my journalist brothers, friends, and colleagues are disrespected in front of me! If you cannot organize a fair and beautiful event, you cannot cover up that failure with any power. I hope you will be sensitive to maintain your dignity.”
In this post, she clearly mentioned that it was impossible for her to continue her work in such a messy and chaotic environment. She herself felt humiliated due to this irresponsibility of the organizers. After this incident, there were mixed reactions among fans and viewers.
